US experts in the field of digital security stated that Russia is allegedly trying to intervene in the intermediate elections to the Congress, which are planned on November 8, 2022, reports The New York Times.
“Researchers revealed a series of Russian information operations on the influence of American elections and to weaken the support of Ukraine,” it was said in the message.
The publication’s interlocutors expressed the opinion that the information operations that Russia is currently conducted on social networks are “significantly less” than during the US president in 2016, but they still affect users.
