After the death of a mobilized employee from the Moscow government, about a third of the Moscow City Hall left Russia, Russian media reported.
The head of one of the departments of the Moscow government, Alexei Martynov, was mobilized on September 23 and sent to the front, where he died. This was very impressed by Moscow officials. They began to go on vacation, after which they did not go to work.
Moscow City Hall in this way lost almost 30% of employees depending on the department. Most of the employees lost departments of housing and communal services, healthcare, education and others. Many programmers and employees of IT departments left, which created problems in the operation of electronic document management.
The city hall did not provide the promised reservation on time to ordinary employees, so they go nowhere to leave, without leaving the leadership. They do not keep them in the state after leaving – they immediately dismiss.
Employees of federal departments are also leaving: the Ministry of Education, Minzifra and Central Bank. Many employees of subordinate institutions of federal ministries left the country. The employees of these departments were also not provided with reservation. Many go to the countries of Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
