Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIS) Hussein Ibrahim Taha called on conflicting parties in Sudan to terminate all acts of violence and conflicts for the period of the Holy Festival of Kurban-Bayram.

The General Secretary emphasized that the holiday for Muslims should abandon bloodshed and allow the humanitarian institutions to freely deliver assistance to the regions of Sudan.
In addition, he called on regional and international players who occupy an active position in the issue of resolving the conflict in Sudan, to maintain efforts to stop the fire.
