Placing ordinary uncertified registered shares of Muganbank OJSC for a total amount of 5,000,000 AZN, amount of 25,000 pieces, a nominal value of 200 AZN, registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan under the registration number AZ1001005466 April 01, 2021 completely completed.
After placing, the authorized capital of Muganbank OJSC from 102.5 million AZN rose to 107.5 million AZN.
