“jointly talked with prisoners of war on both sides, discussed the further prospects of humanitarian contacts, the return of civilian, reunification of families,” said Tatyana Moskalkova.
Dmitry Lubinets, in turn, spoke about a meeting with Moskalkova.
According to him, the parties raised the topics of the return of civilian, reunification of families and the further implementation of other humanitarian initiatives.
“For Ukraine, it is important that the Geneva Conventions be a priority and human rights are observed. Therefore, I emphasize this during each meeting! We work further to return all Ukrainians home!”, He said.
