One of the leaders of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Russia, the head of the Azerbaijani community “Khazar” in the Voronezh region Eldar Sadigov died from Coronavirus. As reported by Haqqin.az with reference to the “Time Voronezh” edition, he was 61 years old.
The Governor of the Voronezh region Alexander Gusev expressed his condolences in connection with the death of Eldar Sadygov. The head of the region called him a “decent Son of the Azerbaijani people”, and also mentioned that Eldar Sadigov was the initiator of many good cases aimed at strengthening the interethnic world in the area.
Eldar Sadyigov also engaged in charity, and during the pandemic period assisted in need of residents of the region.
