Nikol Pashinyan says that he could not buy a weapon, although before that he boasted that in four years he bought more weapons for Armenia than was purchased in the previous 30 years. Mkrtchyan accused Pashinyan of betrayal and stated that there are many people in Armenia who “know how to ensure security.”
