In his speech, Stanislav spoke about the results of the September (2021) session of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO, about measures to counter challenges and threats of collective security and informed the participants about the military-political situation in the CSTO’s responsibility area, noting a sustainable trend towards its exacerbation. .
