Australian pilot McLaren Oscar Piasta won the Grand Prix of Azerbaijan, the 17th race of the season in the World Cups in the Formula 1 class.
The race, which took a 6-kilometer highway Baku City Circuit in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, consisted of 51 circles.
Piastic, starting from the second row, took first place over time 1 hour 32 minutes 58 seconds and won the second victory in the Grand Prix in his career in Formula 1.
The second was the Ferrari pilot from Monaco Charles Lekler, lagging behind the leader by 10.910 seconds, the third was the British Mercedes pilot George Russell, with a difference of 31.328 seconds.
After the accident between Sergio Perez and Carlos Sayns on the 50th round of race, both pilots left the stage. The race was completed accompanied by a security car.
