Kazakhstan President Kasim-Zhomart Tokaev accepted on Tuesday the President of the Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the OSCE Margarita Sedurfelt, the press service of the Kazakh leader reports.
The Head of State noted that the visit to Sedurfelt is important in terms of strengthening the interaction of Kazakhstan with the structures of the OSCE.
The President of Kazakhstan emphasized that parliamentary diplomacy helps to lead bridges between countries and peoples, and also spoke about the implementation of large -scale political and economic transformations.
In turn, Margaret Sedurfelt expressed support for reforms held in Kazakhstan and noted that the OSCE parliamentary assembly observes with particular interest the system of systemic transformation of the main political institutions.
In addition, the key issues of the summons of the upcoming International Forum of Astana (AIF) are considered.
