Early parliamentary elections in Armenia complied with legislation and were competitive, the rights of voters were observed, the head of the delegation of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Kari Henrixen, reports RIA Novosti.
“In general, it can be stated that the elections corresponded to the legislation, they were competitive … Election was observed,” said Henrixen at the final briefing.
She also added that the elections were characterized by the “tense rhetoric between competitors.” Nevertheless, the elections were “successful.”
