The fourth meeting of the Department of Health OTG took place in the city of Shusha in Azerbaijan.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Health of Azerbaijan Teimur Musaev, Secretary General of OTG Kubanychbek Omүraliev, Minister of Health of Turkey Kemal Memeshoglu, Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadir Beisenaliev, Deputy Minister of Health of Uzbekistan Davron Sultanov Kazakhstan Boasons Yerbol Ospanov.
In his speech, Musaev noted that the main areas of their joint activity are the creation of a single scientific and medical space between the member countries and observers of OTG, conducting joint research and determining the general standards of medical education.
Following the meeting, the ministers signed the “Protocol on the intent to create a Turkectransplant” within the framework of OTG, which will allow you to exchange knowledge and experience in the field of transplantation of organs and tissues.
In addition, between the scientific research institutes of the Ministry of Health of the Member countries and observers of OTG, memorandums of cooperation in oncology, cardiology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, traumatology and orthopedics were signed.
