In the areas of the Turkish province of Hatai, who suffered during destructive February earthquakes, a total of 254 thousand 195 housing units will be built. This was announced by the Minister of the Environment, Urbanization and Changes of the Climate of Turkey Mehmet Ozhaseki.
According to him, they include 34,129 rural houses.
The Minister said that in Khatai, active work is continuing to eliminate the consequences of a natural disaster.
Ozhaseki added that the houses are designed taking into account local architecture. Next to them will be located for infrastructure for various purposes.
The head of the department emphasized that the authorities are striving for the speedy restoration of infrastructure in all 11 provinces in the southeast of the country, injured from the earthquake.
