In order to create a new electronic information system for implementation in electronic procedure for monitoring the state of execution of decrees, orders and instructions of the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev and the assessment of the activities of local executive authorities on the basis of the main performance indicators on January 3, 2021, the chapter of the Azerbaijani state was issued “On the creation of the state control information system.” This is reported by AzerTaj.
In accordance with the Decree in the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, a new electronic system has been created, providing control over the timely and complete execution of signed decrees and orders for all areas, as well as instructions of I.Aliyev.
Through the new system, problems with overdue tasks will be detected, appropriate measures to eliminate them.
All central and local executive authorities, state-owned companies, public legal entities connected to the information system of the State Control.
At the same time, it is estimated using key performance indicators developed on the basis of criteria characterizing the current state and developing countries in various fields. According to the results of the assessment, it will be possible to identify the trends in the regions, the state of work on the planned priority areas, to identify pressing problems in a timely manner.
