Earlier, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky made an idea to the parliament on the appointment of a new Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Andrei Sibiga was born in the city of Zborov, Ternopol region on January 1, 1975. He graduated from Lviv State University named after Ivan Franco.
