The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the law on the approval of the President’s Decree on the extension of the duration of martial law in Ukraine from February 8 by 90 days, until May 9, 2025.
This was announced by People’s Deputy from the Voice Parliamentary faction Yaroslav Zheleznyak in Telegram.
He specified that the legislative act “On the approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine” On the extension of the validity of martial law in Ukraine “(No. 12404) supported 315 deputies.
“Further by the President. This will be the 14th time when he is glad to vote for martial law and mobilization – from February 8 to May 9 this year,” added Zheleznyak.
The last time on November 6, 2024, the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed the laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on the extension of mobilization and martial law until February 7, 2025.
