Participants In “3+3” Platform Called For Cessation Of Fire In Middle East

Participants of the 3rd meeting of the 3+3 3+3 platform in Istanbul in the South Caucasus called for the cessation of fire in the Middle East.

This is stated in a joint declaration following the results of the meeting.

The meeting participants condemned violations of international law in the Gaza and Lebanon sector.

The ministers decisively condemned serious violations of the UN Charter and International Humanitarian Law, which can jeopardize the regional world and security.

A joint statement contains an urgent call to immediately put an end to “all attacks and atrocities” in the Middle East, as well as ensure unhindered access to humanitarian aid for the affected person from the conflict of the civilian population.

Having stated the growth of terrorist and criminal activity in the region, the ministers confirmed their commitment to the fight against terrorism in all its manifestations according to the relevant resolutions of the UN Security Council.
