Karabakh Armenians should try to establish a dialogue with the authorities of Azerbaijan to resolve the situation on the Lachinsky road, said Armenia deputy representing the ruling faction “Civil Treaty” Arsen Torosyan.

“We know that there were unsuccessful attempts, but, given the severity of the situation .. I think this dialogue is in the interests of both Karabakh and all of us,” Torosyan said.
The journalist noted that Azerbaijan is not going to conduct a dialogue with Ruben Vardanyan. To which Arsen Torosyan replied that “the people should call the authorities to lead this dialogue, and not to make a dialogue to a dead end or refuse to carry out a dialogue, which can also lead to poor consequences.”
