Pashinian accused of bribing votes

In yesterday’s meeting of the Armenian government, it was decided to allocate the Office of Prime Minister Nikola Pashinian an additional 350 million drams (about 750 thousand US dollars) from the Government Reserve Fund to support farmers. It is reported by the newspaper Zhogging.

Nevertheless, some items of the decision remained secret. The authorities do not comment on what farmers and for which these funds are allocated.

The publication argues that this is a new form of bribery in the office of Pashinian Prime Minister on the eve of local elections. As you know, on December 5th of this year, 441, the community will be combined in 38 community clusters on a proportional electoral system. In other words, 750 thousand dollars from the State Reserve Fund will be distributed among communities for bribing voters.
