Deputy Prime Ministers of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia Shakhin Mustafaev, Mger Grigoryan and Alexei Overchuk at a meeting in Moscow on Tuesday did not reach specific decisions to restore the regional railway message, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
