The opening of economic and transport communications in the region will increase the volume of Armenian trade with other countries – members of the Eurasian Economic Union, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
According to him, which lead the Armenian media, there is only one land route between Armenia and other EAEU states, it passes through Georgia. Opportunities are limited, and therefore the opening of road and railway routes through Azerbaijan would provide a significant increase in trade volumes between Armenia and the EAEU, Pashinyan pointed out.

As for the posting of the EU mission in Armenia, Pashinyan noted that this was made possible thanks to the clarification of the territory of the republic, there is no geopolitical context in the placement of this mission, the Prime Minister of Armenia added.
