Pashinyan Calculated 2021 Hard for Armenia

The past 2021 was heavy for Armenia, said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in New Year’s congratulations to citizens of his country.

“2021 began with a socio-psychological and political crisis, which arose due to horror of war. At times it seemed that post-war unrest would become unmanaged, turn into chaos and civil collisions,” he said.

The head of the Armenian government believes that “2021 extraordinary parliamentary elections has been awarded the close attention of the international community, since the international community still considers it impressive that Armenia was able to carry out free, fair and democratic elections in such conditions.”

“… We have not yet overcome and for a long time will not overcome the shocks of the war … Our answer to the consequences of war and COVID should be our ideas, our work and our diligence,” the prime minister of Armenia called.
