Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
As stated in the country’s Cabinet of Ministers, Pashinyan presented the details of the decision to officially contact Russia, the CSTO and the UN Security Council, and also expressed hope for the help of the international community.
Blinken, in turn, expressed the deep concern of the American side in connection with the current situation and considered it unacceptable to further aggravate the situation. Washington also expressed his readiness to make efforts to stabilize the situation.
