Armenia and Azerbaijan must sign a world agreement as soon as possible, said Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.

I agreed that the Foreign Ministry of Armenia and Azerbaijan should begin preparations for the peace agreement. Terms and format should be clarified and discussed. According to him, there are risks as part of the signing of the peace agreement and the Commission on delimitation and security of borders.
“We must clarify the official position of Baku and Yerevan on the subject of delimitation, use the facts having the facts with the facts, get legitimacy in the international community and reach agreement on borders. Until on April 30, we must clarify the composition of the commission,” said Armenian Premier.
