Early elections to the Armenian parliament will be held after changing the election code, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during the government hour in parliament, reports Sputnik-Armenia.
“Parliamentary majority decided to hold elections based on a proportional system, without rating,” said Pashinyan.
