In the 44-day Second Karabakh war, which ended with the victory of Azerbaijan and the surrender of Armenia, killed 3,773 Armenian soldiers, 243 were missing. Such figures led during the submission of the new Armenian government Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
“We lost 3,773 people, fate 243 remains unknown,” he said.
Armenian media recall that during the election campaign, Pashinyan stated 3,705 dead and 268 missing.
