Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan believes that one of the reasons for the defeat in the Second Karabakh war in the fall of 2020 was the problem with the mobility of the Armenian Armed Forces. He stated this at a meeting of the parliamentary commission to establish facts of hostilities in 2020, TASS reports.
“This was a fundamental problem. We lost many people not during hostilities, but during movement. And the enemy moved in small groups, we knew that there was a group, but lost a lot of time to detect them,” he said.
The head of the Armenian Cabinet also added that it will take time to form an “ideal army”, “however, it is necessary to work in this direction every minute.”
