“And the April war of 2016 began after the intermediaries of the Armenian side were asked to abandon the demand of the intermediate status of Nagorno-Karabakh. I want to clearly state – two months before April 2016, from the intermediaries there was an offer to the Armenian side – to refuse the desire for two months. Fix the intermediate status of Karabakh, “he noted.
According to Pashinian, the Armenian side refused, and two months later, the April war began after that, which, after stopping the price of some territorial losses, was supposed to oblige Yerevan to abandon the idea of intermediate status.

The packet of documents was a referendum point, but the deadlines and the “area” of the referendum did not discuss. Azerbaijan, in turn, always said that the vote should be within total of Azerbaijan.
