A telephone conversation took place today between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
According to the press service of the Armenian government, Pashinyan discussed with Blinken the issues of resolving relations between Yerevan and Baku. The parties also considered the results of a four -sided meeting of the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia, France and the chairman of the European Council in the Czech Republic on October 6.
Pashinyan and Blinken noted the importance of developing a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
The Prime Minister of Armenia told Blinken about his impressions of meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who also took place in Prague.
US Secretary of State, in turn, noted Washington’s readiness to continue to promote the negotiation process, peace and stability in the South Caucasus.
