The opposition rally is taking place on Baghramyan Avenue near the building of the Armenian Parliament, TASS reports. About 2-3 thousand people participate in the action.
The situation at the place of the action is calm, no incidents occur. The streets adjacent to the avenue are closed to traffic.
Police forces are drawn to the parliament, but there are not many of them, they do not interfere with the rally. Law enforcement officers do not have protective equipment and weapons.
Note that the opposition has been holding rallies in Armenia since the country’s General Staff called for Pashinyan’s resignation.
