A telephone conversation between Sanchez and Mikati took place immediately after several military aircraft of the Spanish Air Force flew out of Madrid to Beirut to evacuate Spanish citizens in Lebanon.
The Spanish Emergency Committee announced the activation of two protocols for Lebanon and Gaza, for which the government announced the allocation of emergency assistance in the amount of 1 million euros at the first stage, which will subsequently increase to 5 million euros. Six Spanish non -governmental organizations also support humanitarian aid in Lebanon and Gaza.
