Parts of the Russian troops translated into Belarus from the Kiev region are moving to the East of Ukraine towards Donbass, the US Department of Defense Ministry reported, reports the Air Force.
According to him, the United States saw signs that Russia replenishes military reserves and strengthens its troops in the Donbas.
At the same time, the United States does not believe that these movements signals the beginning of the new onset of Russia.
