Russian “military special operation” in Ukraine is not going so fast, but in accordance with the schedule, while the “seizure of territories” of the country is not included in Moscow plans, said the Permanent Representative of Russia under the European Union Vladimir Chizhov in an interview with Skynews.
“I can assure you that a special military operation is on schedule, it does not go as quickly as some people in Russia would like, it continues at a certain speed,” said Chizhov, whose words quoted RBC.
He claims that Moscow is attentive to the protection of the civilian population, and that “if the Russian army followed the example of the United States and other Western countries, we would have passed several times a steam rink in Ukraine.”
