The destruction of a residential building in the Dnieper was the result of the work of Ukrainian air defense, said the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov, commenting on a missile blow to a multi-storey building, whose victims were 35 people.
According to Peskov, “Russian armed forces do not strike at residential buildings and infrastructure facilities”: “Brokes are struck on military purposes obvious or disguised.”
