Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov called “the very incorrect formulation of the question” reasoning whether the explosion on the Crimean bridge falls under the possibility of involving a nuclear doctrine, Russian media write.
“No. A completely incorrect statement of the question,” Peskov said.
Thus, he answered the question of whether the words mean that the explosion on the Crimean bridge was aimed at destroying the critically important civil infrastructure of the Russian Federation, the possibility of Russia’s use of nuclear potential and whether this falls under the effect of nuclear doctrine.
