Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov visited Lugansk, where he gave lectures for local journalists and officials of the pseudo-republics “DPR” and “LPR”. This was announced by the first deputy head of the administration of the President of Russia Sergey Kiriyenko, Russian media write.
“Thanks to Dmitry Sergeyevich [Peskov]. He only returned from Lugansk tonight, where he conducted a training program for representatives of the media and press services of the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics,” Kiriyenko said.
Peskov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin will also visit Donbass over time. According to him, at present there are no specific plans for such a trip. “I have no doubt that the time will come when Putin will come to the Donbass, naturally. These are Russian regions, and he will be there,” the representative of the Kremlin emphasized.
