In the lawyer of lawyer Gahraman Piermmedov, accused of fraud and arrested two years ago, new details were discovered in the courtroom. It turned out that Pirtrshedov deceived another 16 people.
According to the correspondent Haqqın.az, the lawyer was deceived by citizens, promising for money remuneration in return to provide them with certain legal services.
Recall that for the first time Pirmamedov was brought to justice on the basis of the complaint of his counsel-lawyer Kenul Salehova. The lawyer received money from her client. Kenul Salexov defended Seisla Ragimov, arrested for intentional murder.
From Ragimov’s relatives, he received 12 thousand manat, promising that he would soften the punishment in the courts of other instances, since he was familiar with the relatives of the dead, and they will call their complaint. Pyrmamedov repaired on some of the money received, and he paid for debts.
On the trial in the case of Ragimov, a lies of the Mount-lawyer was revealed – it turned out that no one responded with complaints.
It was then, on the basis of the statement of Salekova in relation to PierMamedov, a criminal case was initiated. When investigating, it turned out – this is not the first case of fraud on his part.
So, one citizen Pirmamedov said that he would achieve on the basis of a court decision to evict from his apartment illegally settled there for IDAs for 2,000 thousand manat, another person – the abolition of the decision of the Baku Court of Appeal in the Supreme Court for 4500 manat, the third – revision of another Cases in the appellate court, one more – to prevent confiscation of the house laid in the bank, promising to divide the debt.
From 1987 to 1992, he worked as a lawyer in a law office in Gubadla, from 1992 to 2005 by the Africa Assistant Prosecutor in the Territory Military Prosecutor’s Office, from 2005 to July 25, 2018 – a lawyer in the Sumgait City Law Office. It began complaints from 2018, and his law activity was suspended.
Piermmedov was a second time convicted of fraud on the sentence of the Yasamalsky district court and sentenced to 3 years in prison. The final sentence was 4 years in prison – on the basis of the previous penalties.
