Leopard tanks in March will be in Ukraine.
This was announced to reporters by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defense of Poland Mariusz Blashchak following a meeting with NATO partners.
“In March, these tanks will fall into Ukraine,” he said, recalling that Ukrainian tankers are now trained in Poland.
“Already in mid -March, help will be provided,” Blashchak added.
According to him, new countries join the tank coalition. As the Polish Minister explained, Germany forms the coalition of countries that have Leopard 2A6 tanks, and Poland – Leopard 2A4.
“Norway has joined the already specific declarations of Canada and Spain today. We are working to ensure that Finland also convey such tanks. Today the Finnish minister said that it is close to such a decision,” Blashchak said.
