The upper house of the Polish parliament adopted a resolution that recognizes Russia as a “terrorist regime”, Russian media write.
85 senators took part in the vote. They unanimously condemned Russia for actions in Ukraine. The Senate also called on the international community to support the international criminal court in the investigation of crimes in Ukraine.
