Poland’s President Angey Duda signed a new law “On the Defense of the Fatherland” by the Parliament. The ceremony broadcast Polish television.

The new law describes a new mechanism for financing the army and new weapons, provides a new format of volunteer military training in order to increase the number of reservists, it is indicated for the need for procurement of modern weapons.
According to the law, the number of the army will grow up to 300 thousand soldiers, and Warsaw’s military spending will amount to 3% of GDP in 2023.
