The police refused to institute criminal proceedings against TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov because of offensive words against the Urals.

According to E1.ru, a resident of Yekaterinburg complained to Solovyov, who asked to check the words of the TV presenter who touched him as a resident of Yekaterinburg. Uralets found that Soloviev insulted an unlimited circle of faces and incites hatred and enmity.

The Catherine-Burner appeal on June 22 was received by one of the branches in the Khovrino district in Moscow, and then for verification by the police captain Ochiruyeva O., who examined the verification materials on June 28 and decided to refuse to initiate a criminal case.

The author’s answer says that the materials, apparently, were sent to the metropolitan center “E”, but “by a passing of the need, the material was returned” to the police station in the Khovrino district. In addition, the police did not manage to interview the applicant, “since he lives in Yekaterinburg.”
