Polittechnologist Badalyan: Falling Pashinian rating will not help opposition

The fall in the current authorities of Armenia is due to the total disappointment of the Company in the ruling strength and its leader Nikola Pashinyan, the Polittechnologist Armen Badalyan believes.

According to him, none of the promises of the ruling team who came to power in 2018 did not fulfill.

“If you quit a retrospective view, you can see that there are no positive changes, no serious reforms for these three with more than this year. On the contrary, many steps and solutions to the authorities were then turned around with catastrophic consequences for ordinary citizens,” Sputnik quotes Armenia Badalyan.

In this case, the political technologist noted that the results of sociological studies should be assessed with caution. As an example, he led the social skins in front of the extraordinary parliamentary elections, when sociologists declared the future victory of Robert Kocharian, but the election results were different.

The expert notes that one of the reasons for the fall in the rating was the inability of the team of Prime Minister Pashinyan to cope with the fight against coronavirus. In addition, the authorities could not formulate an understandable economic agenda and attract foreign investment.

Badalyan noted that the rapid decline in the ranking of the authorities began after the elections in 2021, when voters gave Pashinyan Card Blanche, and the authorities demonstrated complete helplessness. The sign of this, according to the expert, became the recent local elections, where in a number of points the ruling party seriously lost.

In the fact that the opposition in Armenia will be able to take advantage of the growth of protest sentiment and the fall in the ranking of the authorities, Badalyan does not believe. In addition, the prerequisites that the opposition will be able to settle the wave of discontent and shift the ruling force, he also does not see.
