The Ultra Party of the Alternative for Germany (AFD) has reached the highest level of support among voters in its history. This is evidenced by the survey of the Insa Institute conducted for the publication Bild.
According to the survey, AFD reached a record indicator of 23.5 %, reducing the gap with the Bloc of the Christian Democratic and Christian Social Unions (HDS/CSS) from 4 to 3.5 %,
The survey was conducted in online format among 2004 respondents on March 21-24.
According to the results of the study, the conservative block of the CDU/CSS, led by Friedrich Mekts, is still leading with 27% of the population. But the level of popularity of this political force fell by 2 percentage points compared to a survey of March 17.
“Alternative for Germany” – in second place. In third place is the Social Democratic Party of Germany (14.5%). In the fourth and fifth positions – “green” (12%) and “left” (10.5%).
