Porsche Contrary to the coronavirus pandemic earned a record 4.4 billion euros in 2020, becoming the most successful brand of the Volkswagen Group concern. By tradition, part of the profit will go to the award to employees: Porsche will give each employee at least 7850 euros, writes the publication of Motor.Ru.
Despite the spring stop of production and the overall economic downturn caused by Pandemic, Porsche sold 272 thousand cars for the year – just three percent less than in record 2019. At the same time, the proceeds of the German company last year increased by 100 million euros. The most popular Porsche model in 2020 became Cayenne.
In 2021, no production stops are not planned, and Porsche has every chance to establish new records and by the number of cars sold, and on operating profit, the publication notes.
