Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan adopted Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan Jaykhun Bayramov, the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, Iran Abbas Arakchi and Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan.
The meeting took place in the residence of Dolmabakhche in Istanbul.
Negotiations were held in a closed press-mode.
