Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as part of a visit to Qatar, visited the Expo 2023 exhibition site in Doha.
The head of state visited the Turkish pavilion, where he left an entry in the commemorative book of the exhibition and planted a tree. The Turkish President was informed about the activities of the pavilion.
The Turkish leader noted that the pavilions of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey are one of the best at EXPO 2023.
According to him, the participation of almost 80 countries gives the special significance of EXPO 2023 in Doha. He expressed the hope that in the future their products at the exhibition would be presented even more countries. President Erdogan noted that this will make a significant contribution to the development of world trade.
The Turkish leader thanked the power of Qatar, headed by Sheikh Tamim Ben Hamad Al Taniz, the organization Expo 2023 at such a high level.

As part of the visit, the Turkish President will also take part in a meeting of the Cooperation Council of the Arab states of the Persian Gulf.
