Türkiye occupies an important place in the formation of a new world order.
This was stated by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, speaking at a meeting of the parliamentary faction of the ruling party of justice and development (PSR).
“Global players are sometimes voluntarily, but often forced to admit that the creation of an equation without Turkey is impossible, and even if it is created, then without a chance of success,” said, in particular, the Turkish leader.
According to him, Türkiye “is no longer just a statist in the games of large powers, she became a leading player that implements her own scenario”.
The Head of State also warned of the consequences of the trade war that unfolded in the world, which, according to him, could affect all countries. “A trading war provoked by customs duties will have global consequences. It will not be an exaggeration to say that it is comparable to an impending storm that will affect everyone,” the president said about this.
The politician expressed confidence that the situation of Turkey will help her cope with the upcoming challenges. “Since we are among the countries in relation to which low duties operate, I believe that we will overcome this period more easily than many other countries,” he said.
