President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed a decree on a change in the procedure for alienating property of foreigners from unfriendly countries.
The changes made to the decree on additional measures to ensure the stable functioning of the country’s economy, the press service of the head of state reports.

The document explains when the seizure of property of citizens from the “unfriendly” Minsk countries is possible without permits and payment of duties.
“in particular, the adopted decree defines cases when the permission and payment of the contribution when the property of persons from unfriendly foreign states are not required,” the report said.
The Council of Ministers is also granted the right to clarify the application of the provisions established by this subparagraph.
The issue of the need to make appropriate changes was discussed on January 18 of this year at a meeting of the President of Belarus with the leadership of the Council of Ministers.
