President Of Belarus: Minsk Sees Support For Economic Development In BRICS

Belarus is interested in joining integration processes in the BRICS space. This was said by President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, on Monday, on July 29 at a meeting on international issues, BelTA reports.

The Head of State noted that Belarus was invited to the BRICS summit, which will soon be held in Kazan.

This serious structure unites the most powerful states of the planet, covers more than 40 percent of the world’s population, said the Belarusian leader. “And we are interested in joining integration processes in this space,” said Alexander Lukashenko.

The president emphasized that BRICS is another support, by which Belarus will be able to maintain balance and economic stability. The head of state instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to form a plan of Belarusian participation on this site and his bilateral meetings.

Speaking of the BRICS summit, Alexander Lukashenko noted the initiative of delegates of the All -Belorussian People’s Assembly on the preparation on behalf of the ANS of the appeal about the world and making it for consideration to BRICS. “Study, report,” the Belarusian leader instructed.

Lukashenko also announced the visit to Belarus by the Prime Minister of the State Council of the PRC Lee Tsyan soon.
