President of Colombia Gustavo Petro called the “stupidity” of Ukraine with the United States on Ukrainian rare earth metals. In particular, Petro commented on the social network X “The intention of Ukraine to sign an agreement with the United States on rare earth metals.”
“The stupidity (president of Ukraine Vladimir) Zelensky, and I emphasize this, is that he allowed the countries of Western Europe to manipulate the countries of Western Europe, which they go, either to Hitler, or nowhere. Stupidity! ” – wrote the president of Colombia in his social networks.
Earlier, on February 3, US President Donald Trump said that he intends to conclude a deal with Ukraine on rare earth metals.
The head of the White House noted the need to stop the conflict in Ukraine. According to him, in the case of continuing the support of Ukraine from the United States, it is necessary to provide something in return.
On the eve of Trump, he said that he was ready to meet with Zelensky on February 28 in order to sign an agreement on rare earth metals.
